Unless the screen is the object you're wanting to be seen, I think it should be melded into a building and you should add some new screens and other LED lights to attract eye movement around your picture ( look @ pictures of times square or Broadway in New York City and you'll see what I mean)
To be more specific, I was wonder if you used a building gen script in Blender. They look pretty decent. That city looks similar to what I am trying to make. I mean it wouldn't have to be a perfect match. (something that could pass as a Megaman X look). If you made it from scratch, and would like to contribute to the project when the time comes, I would very much appreciate it. Not any time soon though. Here's a test render of the scene I'm working on now: [link] Except I am using his default armor instead.
Nope, no script at all, all from scratch, but not that hard, the texture are defining the style for the most part. I don't mind passing some buildings on, could even make some just for your project, just let me know how etc .
Not really Blade Runnerish, but just a bit more dark themed, atmospheric sci-fi city like scene. I've been thinking about some traffic, but still need to figure out a start with that, without making it to simple.
Still need to add more lights as well, so there will be more variation in color, though the screen will prolly remain the focus point.
It certainly is, especially the first of it's kind in cyberpunk, have the director's version of it myself
Yeah, the scene is still not finished, I'll probably make the shadows indeed stand out a bit more. I have a hemi in the scene, low value for somewhat blue lighting, I can prolly tone it down some more to give a stronger contrast.
